If this is your first time receiving Reiki or energy healing, you’re welcome exactly as you are. Sessions are gentle, respectful, and guided by your comfort at every step.

  • You may lie down or sit — whatever feels best
  • Many people feel deep relaxation; others feel very little — both are normal
  • You can pause or stop the session at any time

There is no right or wrong experience — the session meets you where you are.
